Align Physical Therapy is located in Johnson Square. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - Our office can be difficult to locate on your first visit. Once you have entered the office complex, take you first two lefts. Drive around the 1501 building and park at the far end of the parking lot. THere is a staircase with black hand rails at the corner of the building that will take you down to our level. The first door on your right will lead you into our waiting room. Restrooms are located in the hallway outside the waiting room to the left, while the treatment space is located to the right.
